  1. You baked your poppers. I'm in love. :)

  2. Mr OC would love those stuffed chillies and I would be very happy with that soup. Followed by cookies - what could be better? Lovely.

  3. Thank you, ladies. It occurs to me that my last several posts have been wordless--but you get the message. So much noise inside my head lately. I think I must just breathe and maybe the words will come.

  4. I'm sure the words will come. I'll patiently wait while salivating over your food photographs.

  6. Delicious! Looks relatively simple too...that's my type of dinner.

  7. Denise--That's kind of you to wait.

Katie--Thanks for your kind words and for stopping by. By baking the poppers, or grilling them in the summer, they become very easy to incorporate into a menu.

Indie.Tea--Thank you. I agree that good food doesn't have to be complicated.

  8. I am especially drawn to that soup. It's gray and chilly today, almost wintry! we even had snow flurries. Fun to see as we decorated the tree--now a bowl of your soup would be perfect. Words will come when they will, Michele. It's still nice to stay connected with pictures.

  9. Thanks, Nancy. Years ago while driving through Nashville we hit a snow storm--and we were the only car on the road with snow tires!
